Besides the highest quality wines, the Priorat is also famous for its fruity and fresh olive oil. For centuries the Arbequina olives grew in the same harsh soils next to the vines. As expected, the soil also gave a unique taste to the olives, resulting in a very balanced, fresh and sweet oil.
